Acrylics on MDF, depicting two lonely ghosts. Ghosts are often portrayed as "scary," but in this setting, they feel more melancholic. It reminds me of those deep, intimate conversations after a night of joyful drinking moments filled with unfiltered vulnerability. Perhaps, rather than evoking fear, ghosts are searching for compassion and understanding. I’m currently presenting this work, along with another piece, at the Gluren Bij de Buren (Peeking at the Neighbours') exhibition hosted in Warmond by @kunstweekwarmond. Let it take you—until the beast claims you, releases you into the eternal existence, woven into the fabric of the earth. @my_e_a, thank you so much for inviting us to celebrate midsommar with you & your fam this year. It was such a wonderful experience, and everyone was so incredibly kind! Definitely one of the coolest & nicest things I ever witnessed :) And afterwards we also met with @vegalupine and many other fun friends. It was so incredibly nice to see everyone (again) 😊
